Unilever were in the early stages of adopting an agile methodology when they hired Agile Monkey iT to assist them further in making the switch from decades of waterfall development practices to agile and scrum.

Initially the client needed help in setting up and organising a new scrum team but over time the remit expanded to roll out similar teams (moving to squad based development) across the platform. This also involved educating and changing the mindset of senior management and the organisation from separated delivery and operational team structures to combined devops teams.

www.helpmefindahome.co.uk required a brand new website for their startup business. Requesting a simple but informative site that enabled users to register their interest, we built exactly that. We also setup email integration and manage the web hosting for them on their behalf.

MooM Consulting

MooM Consulting wanted a website to advertise their consultancy services and list previous projects. Luckily for us, they liked our site so much, they requested we use the same template. So with some re-factoring to enable easy content updates, we set them up in no time at all.
